# 예약 발송하기

센드온은 두 가지 방법으로 예약이 가능해요.

<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**일괄 예약**</mark>은 <mark style="color:green;background-color:green;">한 번에 메시지를 특정 시간에 보낼 때</mark> 사용해요. \
이벤트 프로모션 등을 안내할 때 모든 고객에게 동일하게 안내할 때 사용하면 좋아요.&#x20;

<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**분할예약**</mark>은 <mark style="color:green;background-color:green;">많은 메시지를 나눠서 보낼 때 사용</mark>해요. \
공지사항을 발송할 때 고객님의 문의량이 급증하면 업무가 마비될 수 있는데, 나눠서 보내면 문의도 나눠서 오도록 해야할 때 사용하면 좋아요.&#x20;

현 시간 기준 30분 이후부터 예약발송 설정이 가능해요. 취소는 발송 10분 전 부터 가능하니 이 점 유의해 주세요.

## 일괄 예약 설정하기

예약할 날짜와 시간을 설정하고, <mark style="color:purple;background-color:yellow;">**분할 발송 내용(노란색 영역)은 0으로 설정**</mark>해주세요. \
그럼 모든 메시지가 예약된 날짜와 시간에 발송해요.

## 분할 예약 설정하기

예약할 날짜와 시간을 설정하고, <mark style="color:purple;background-color:yellow;">**분할발송 내용(노란색 영역)을 원하는 값으로 설정**</mark>해주세요. \
예를 들어 총 발송할 메시지가 5,000건일 때 500건씩 60분 단위로 설정하면 1시간에 500건씩 10번에 걸쳐 발송돼요.&#x20;

**광고 문자의 경우 주의해주세요**&#x20;

저녁 9시 이후부터 다음날 오전 8시까지 발송하는 광고 문자는 야간 광고에 해당해요 \
야간 광고는 광고수신동의와 별개로 [야간 광고 수신동의](#user-content-fn-1)[^1]를 받아야 해요.&#x20;

야간 광고 수신동의를 받지 않고 발송하는 경우 [과태료가 부과](#user-content-fn-2)[^2]돼요.&#x20;

## 자주 묻는 질문

### 예약한 문자는 수정이 가능한가요?&#x20;

예약이 설정된 후에는 내용 수정이 불가하기 때문에 <mark style="color:red;background-color:yellow;">취소 후 다시 설정</mark>해 주셔야 해요 \
센드온은 예약한 시간에 문자가 원활하게 발송될 수 있도록 통신사에 전달하고 있기 때문이에요.&#x20;

### 예약한 문자는 어디서 확인할 수 있나요?&#x20;

발송결과 페이지에서 <mark style="color:green;background-color:green;">예약된 내용을 취소하거나, 즉시 발송할 수 있어요.</mark>&#x20;

### 예약한 문자는 언제까지 취소가 가능한가요?&#x20;

예약한 문자는 <mark style="background-color:yellow;">발송 10분 전까지 취소가 가능</mark>합니다. \
10<mark style="background-color:red;">분 이내 발송될 메시지는 취소가 불가</mark>하니 유의해주세요!

[^1]: **제50조(영리목적의 광고성 정보 전송 제한)**

    ③ <mark style="background-color:yellow;">오후 9시부터 그 다음 날 오전 8시까지</mark>의 시간에 전자적 전송매체를 이용하여 영리목적의 광고성 정보를 전송하려는 자는 제1항에도 불구하고 그 수신자로부터 <mark style="background-color:yellow;">별도의 사전 동의</mark>를 받아야 한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 매체의 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

    **제61조(영리목적의 광고성 정보 전송기준)**

    ② 법 제50조제3항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 매체"란 전자우편을 말한다.
