# 변수를 설정해 발송하기

## 개인화 메시지에 관심있는 사람 손 🤚

변수를 설정하면, 각각의 수신자에게 다른 내용을 보다 쉽게 발송할 수 있어요. \
예를 들어 주문을 한 고객님들께 각기 다른 송장번호/주소를 보내고 싶다면, 변수 기능을 통해 훨씬 쉽고 편리하게 발송할 수 있죠. 

이처럼 **고객 맞춤형 메시지**를 발송하면, 고객님께서 <mark style="color:green;background-color:green;">개인적으로 배려받고 있다는 느낌을 받을 수 있어 신뢰</mark>가 형성돼요.\
이를 통해 만족도를 높이고 <mark style="color:green;background-color:green;">충성 고객으로 이어질 가능성</mark>도 커져요.

## 본문에 변수 사용 설정하기

변수 기능을 사용하기 위해, 메시지 입력 단계 중 '<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">3. 본문에 변수 사용을 사용해요'</mark> 로 설정해요.

## 보낼 문구 입력에서 변수를 설정하기

기본적으로 변수는 #{변수명}으로 설정해요.

## 작업한 파일을 업로드하고 발송하기

파일작업을 완료하고 "파일 업로드하기"를 선택하여 업로드해 주시면, 등록 결과를 바로 확인할 수 있어요.&#x20;

**중복된 연락처는 제외 후 발송되나요?**&#x20;

변수를 설정해 엑셀로 업로드하여 발송하는 경우, <mark style="color:red;background-color:red;">중복된 연락처는 제외하지 않고 모두 발송</mark>합니다. \
예를 들어, 3개의 중복된 연락처가 있다면 3건 모두 다 발송이 돼요.&#x20;

같은 상품을 여러 번 주문하거나 예약을 하는 등의 사유로 중복 발송을 해야하는 경우가 있어 제외되지 않으니 발송 전 꼭 점검해 주세요! 👏

## 이제 발송하기를 눌러 발송을 시도해주세요!&#x20;

발송시간을 설정하고, 발송하기를 누르면 발송돼요.

* **나중에 보낼게요** : 현 시간 기준 30분 이후부터 예약발송 설정이 가능해요. 취소는 발송 10분 전 부터 가능하니 이 점 유의해주세요.
* **바로 보낼게요** : 발송하기를 선택하는 즉시 발송돼요.

센드온은 발송하기를 누르는 순간 순식간에 <mark style="color:red;background-color:yellow;">수신자에게 발송되고, 취소가 불가하니 발송 전 내용을 꼭 점검</mark>해 주세요.

**테스트 발송을 꼭 해봐야 하나요?**&#x20;
