# 이미지형 템플릿

로고가 있거나, 아이콘을 넣어서 발송하고 싶을 때, \
또는 제품이나 서비스를 이미지에 높여 가독성을 높일 때 사용할 수 있어요. 

기본 템플릿 보다 훨씬 더 눈에 띄어요.

## 1. 채널 및 유형 설정하기

카카오에서 이미지형 알림톡을 발송하려면 제작 가이드를 준수해야해요. \
하지만 디자이너가 없다면 이미지 제작이 어려울 수 있죠.&#x20;

센드온은 이미지를 가지고 있다면, 가이드에 맞춰 <mark style="background-color:yellow;">이미지를 제작해드려요.</mark> 🎉

* 직접 첨부 : 이미지 제작가이드를 참고해 직접 만든 이미지를 업로드할 수 있어요.&#x20;
* 로고형 : 로고 이미지를 업로드하면, 자동으로 이미지를 만들어요.&#x20;
* 아이콘형 : 아이콘을 가지고 있다면 업로드할 수 있고 9글자를 입력하면 이미지를 만들어요.&#x20;
* 텍스트 혼합형 : 텍스트와 이미지를 업로드하면 이미지를 만들어요.

## 3. 본문 입력하기

본문에는 고정된 내용 입력과 변수값을 입력할 수 있어요.

* **변수란?** 변수는 원하는 메시지로 치환하여 발송할 수 있는 기능이에요.\
  예를 들어, '안녕하세요 <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">#{고객명}</mark>님' 과 같이 변수를 설정하면, 나중에 발송할 때 '안녕하세요, <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">홍길동</mark>님'과 같이 치환해서 발송할 수 있어요.
* **이모지도 지원하나요?** \
  네, 알림톡과 친구톡은 이모지를 지원합니다.\
  대신, 알림톡이 실패해서 <mark style="background-color:red;">대체문자를 발송할 때에는 이모지가 물음표로 표시</mark>되니 유의해주세요.

## 4. 부가정보 및 버튼 설정하기

### **부가정보란?**

본문 혹은 버튼의 부가 정보를 표시할 때 사용해요. \
또는 고객센터 정보를 표시할 때 사용하기도 해요.&#x20;

### 버튼 만들기

메시지를 전달하면서 특정 사이트로 이동하거나, 채널 추가를 하고 싶은 경우 버튼을 추가해보세요. \
한 메시지에 <mark style="background-color:yellow;">5개까지 버튼을 추가</mark>할 수 있어요.

1:1 채팅을 운영하거나 상담톡을 사용하는 경우, 알림톡의 내용을 상담원에게 전달하는 기능이에요. \
기본적으로 알림톡은 개인정보가 포함된 메시지로 분류하기 때문에, 상담원이 내용을 확인할 수 없어 고객 상담 시 정보를 추가로 확인해야하는 불편함이 있을 수 있어요.

메시지 전달 버튼을 활용하면, 알림톡 메시지가 상담원에게 전달돼 <mark style="background-color:yellow;">더 매끄러운 상담</mark>을 이어갈 수 있죠.&#x20;

## 5. 대체 문자 설정하기

이미지형 알림톡에서 대체문자를 설정하는 경우 <mark style="background-color:red;">업로드한 "이미지"만 전달</mark>이 돼요. \
만들어진 이미지가 발송되지 않으니, 첨부된 파일과 <mark style="background-color:yellow;">미리보기 버튼을 통해 어떻게 발송되는지 꼭 확인</mark>해보세요.

또한 이미지 알림톡 대비 이미지 문자(MMS)는 <mark style="background-color:yellow;">단가가 달라 포인트 부족으로 발송이 실패</mark>될 수 있으니, 이 점 유의해주세요!&#x20;

**문자 유형 선택 시 주의해주세요! 😳**

SMS(단문)을 선택하면, 변수가 길어질 때 문자의 일부 내용이 짤려 발송될 수 있어요. \
변수 내용을 고려해서 내용이 길어질 것으로 예상이 된다면, LMS(장문)을 선택해주세요. 😉

**대체문자는 홈페이지에서 카카오 메시지 발송 시 설정해야 발송해요.**&#x20;

* 홈페이지에서 설정을 하지 않은 경우 발송하지 않아요.
* API에서는 **별도로 대체문자를 설정**하고, **메시지 내용을 입력**해야 해요.\

## 5. 보안 템플릿 설정하기&#x20;
