#### 1) 채널 공개 활성화 하기

카카오 채널 관리자센터 > 프로필 > 프로필 설정에서 채널 공개를 활성화해주세요

#### 2) 고객센터 연락처 등록하기

**채널 관리자센터에서 고객센터 연락처를 등록해주세요.** \
**(**&#xC544;래 세 가지 방법 중 편한 방법을 선택하여 입력 후 저장하시면 됩니다.)

* **방법1 : 카카오 채널 관리자센터** → **메시지 보내기** → **기본 텍스트템플릿** 선택 → 고객센터 연락처 입력 후 저장
* **방법2 : 채널관리자센터 앱** → **관리** → **고객센터 연락처** 메뉴에서 입력 후 저장
* **방법3 : 카카오톡 채널 관리자** → **채널 정보 설정** → **기본정보**에서 고객센터 연락처 입력 후 저장 *(채널 관리자 권한 필요)*
